WARNING: This is a no-edit zone…
Are you suffering from information overload? I have been. Between blogs and social networks, writing and loops, and all the private correspondence that goes along with personal and professional life and mentoring and everything else, I’m in overdrive all the time trying to keep my head above water. But this is especially true now with an escalation of eye challenges.
Yet the connection with others is essential, especially if you’re in a career where you spend so much time alone. You need things that make you think. Things to provide balance to the horrors you see on the news and the fiasco that is occurring.
This was a challenge and I started focusing on a solution that I was capable of doing with the eye challenge. THINKING ALOUD was born. What is it?
Simply put: it’s a short thought to ponder. I’ve test-driven this and I like it. It gives me internal quiet time and has helped calm the over-stress and stimulation without leaving me feeling disconnected. So I thought I’d post for a time and see what you think.
If worthy, I’ll continue the Thinking Aloud posts in a separate blog that you can visit or can be emailed to you–your call. If not, I’ll keep searching for a solution.
Breath deep and remember your many . . .
Blessings,
Vicki
Few things cheer us up as making someone else’s day. We shift focus and a little light reflects into our darkness. Even a spark extinguishes darkness. . .
