This is a no-edit zone…

The election is behind us and today we start our next chapter.  We do so without blood being shed, without riots in the streets, without other demonstrations of violence and destruction to people and property.

We have a smooth transition of power and for Americans we go on and do what we do in our everyday lives.

We’ve got a mess, but we’ve always been a messy country.  Freedom and freely expressing ourselves and our ideas has always been an inconvenient, some would say, disorderly way of doing business, but it is our way, and we like it.

We have our say, we abide by the results and we live.

I think that’s a great tribute to America.
